Congratulations to Shayne Hull on the opening of his show Alterations at Swanson Reed Gallery. Until February 20.
“When I began this photo-based series, I just wanted to experiment and have fun. I didn’t have a clear vision on how it would turn out. What happened with each piece was a series of transformations and manipulations that gradually started to obliterate the image, hide or disguise it, alter it.”
