Returns and Refunds
Shop@21c strives to provide the highest quality goods and shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return an Item:
Except where stated otherwise, merchandise purchased from Shop@21c may be returned for exchange or Shop@21c credit within 30 days of purchase. Please email us notification of your return at orders@shopat21c.com. Merchandise must be in original condition, new and unused. Enclose original receipt with return. Insure all items for the full amount of the invoice. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within five business days for instructions and an exchange or credit redeemable at the online shop.
In order to return an item, simply fill out the return form included with your package and the reason for your return. You will need a code provided to you by calling our customer service phone number at 502.807.7407 or emailing us at orders@shopat21c.com to notify. Send your email with the subject line as such: Item Return – Order #XXX. Be sure to replace your order number where the #XXX are. All original packaging should be included.
Shop@21c credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
Returns will not be accepted on multimedia items, magazines, paper products, posters, earrings, sale merchandise, special order or custom merchandise or any items not received in a resalable condition.
