## How are orders shipped? Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Express delivery is available for most items and will carry additional shipping charges. ## What are shipping and handling charges? Shop@21c charges actual shipping costs based on weight, size, and ship-to location, plus a $2 handling fee. All taxes are the responsibility of the customer. ## How is sales tax calculated? We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws. ## Where can you ship? We ship within the United States. Deliveries cannot be made to Post Office Box numbers. ## When will my order be shipped? Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. ## What is the return policy? Except where stated otherwise, merchandise purchased from shopat21c.com may be returned for exchange or shopat21c.com credit within 30 days of purchase. Please email us notification of your return at. Merchandise must be in original condition, new and unused. Enclose original receipt with return. Insure all items for the full amount of the invoice. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within five business days for instructions and an exchange or credit redeemable at the online shop.
Shop@21c credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
Returns will not be accepted on multimedia items, magazines, paper products, posters, earrings, sale merchandise, special order or custom merchandise or any items not received in a resalable condition.

No. Items purchased online must be returned to the address listed above. Likewise, items purchased at the shop at the 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville must be returned to that location. ## Can I have my items gift wrapped? Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrap at this time. ## What credit cards do you accept? We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.
