FAQs

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS & FedEx. Express delivery is available for most items and will carry additional shipping charges.

What are shipping and handling charges?
Shop@21c charges actual shipping costs based on weight, size, and ship-to location, plus a $2 handling fee.

How is sales tax calculated?
We collect sales tax on merchandise orders shipped to addresses in states where 21c Museum Hotels are located - KY, OH, AR, NC, MO, TN, OK, IL. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Where can you ship?
We ship within the United States. 

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.

What is the return policy?
Except where stated otherwise, merchandise purchased from shopat21c.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email us notification of your return at orders@shopat21c.com. Merchandise must be in original condition, new and unused. Enclose original receipt with return. Insure all items for the full amount of the invoice. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within five business days for instructions and an exchange or credit redeemable at the online shop.

Shop@21c credit is valid for one year from date of issue.

Returns will not be accepted on gift cards, mattresses, multimedia items, magazines, paper products, posters, earrings, sale merchandise, special order or custom merchandise, or any items not received in a resalable condition.

Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and order number. We will email confirmation of the return upon receipt.

Can I return an item purchased online to any of our Hotel locations?
No. Items purchased online must be returned to the address listed above. Likewise, items purchased at our Hotel shop locations must be returned to that location. 

Can I have my items gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrap at this time.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.
